I could not find confirmation email after I placed the order, I want to check the status, what should I do?
If you placed the order as a member(after you login), you should be able to find the status on the top of our site: MY ACCOUNT > VIEW ORDERS page.
Or, if you placed the order as a guest, or as a member, either ways you can check the status on this page with your order number (order number is shown after you finish to order, and through our confirmation email) and email: Track my Order.

You should have received confirmation emails after you placed the order, and after we ship the order. If you didn't receive any, please check if the emails are in your spam mail box. And make sure our email address info@ieyebeauty.us is in your email white list.
I am using free shipping (registered air mail) to ship my order to US's address, I haven't received it yet, what can I do?
If the address you provided us was correct, the package should arrive in 7~14 business days after we made the shipment. You can use the tracking number to confirm the status on this page. I am using free shipping (registered air mail) to ship my order to other country's address, how can I track the package?
Before the package depart from Hong Kong, which period is generally between 1-2 weeks after we make the shipment. You can visit this site for the status. Can you mark my package as a gift so I won't be charged for tax?
We mark all the orders as a low value gift (normally as US$10). The total billed at checkout should be the final amount you pay, inclusive of tax, with no additional charges at the time of delivery.
